• Universal testing Machine - Fully Computerized Universal Testing Machine used for testing the tensile strength of the wire rod/products and also the upset test for the product.
  
  

• Hardness Testing Machine - To test the Rockwell Hardness in C Scale and B Scale foe the Products, tools and Wire Rod.
  
  

• Profile Projector - Profile Image Projector for checking profile dimension such as thread angle, head junction radius and tools Profile.
  
  

• Chemical Analysis – To test Chemical composition of elements in Wt%.
  
  

• Electrometer – This inspection instrument is used for quality control of surface coatings. This hand held device gives fast and accurate results for coating thickness guage.
